How do I know if an engine or transmission fits my vehicle?
Compatibility can depend on year, make, model, drivetrain,
engine or transmission configuration and VIN information.
Contact our parts team before ordering when fitment is uncertain.
Why are there different mileage and price options?
When multiple compatible used units are available, mileage and
pricing can vary by inventory unit. Lower-mileage units generally
carry a higher price.
Are your engines and transmissions rebuilt or remanufactured?
Unless a product is specifically described otherwise, the units
offered are used or pre-owned replacement components.
Does the product image show the exact unit I will receive?
Representative images may be used. The actual used unit can vary
in cosmetic appearance and attached accessories.
What kind of cosmetic wear should I expect?
Used engines and transmissions may show dirt, grease residue,
discoloration, minor scratches, surface oxidation or other
normal signs of prior use.
Are sensors, wiring and accessories included?
External accessories such as sensors, wiring, brackets, hoses,
manifolds and related components are not guaranteed unless
specifically stated in the applicable product or order details.
Do you provide VIN verification?
Our team can review VIN and vehicle details when additional
compatibility assistance is needed before purchase.
What information should I provide for fitment assistance?
Provide the vehicle year, make, model, part needed, engine or
transmission details, drivetrain information when relevant,
and VIN when available.
Do you ship used engines and transmissions nationwide?
Used engines and transmissions can be shipped by freight to
approved destinations across the United States. Delivery
requirements can vary by destination and shipment type.
How long does shipping take?
Transit and delivery timing can vary based on inventory location,
destination, carrier scheduling and other logistics factors.
A fixed delivery date is not guaranteed unless specifically
confirmed in writing.
What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?
Document visible damage with photos, note the condition with the
carrier and contact our support team promptly. Under the current
Return & Refund Policy, shipping damage or missing items must
be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I refuse a shipment?
Refused shipments may be subject to applicable restocking and
two-way shipping charges under the current Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?

cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. Cancellations
after 24 hours may be subject to applicable fees and shipping charges.

from the original delivery date and require prior written authorization.
Which returns are eligible?

including incorrect items shipped by Used Engines, valid
warranty-approved mechanical failures, and qualifying reported
damage cases.
Which items are non-returnable?
The current policy states that modified, dismantled or repaired
items, electrical or electronic components, and special-order or
custom procurement items are not eligible for return.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The current Return & Refund Policy states that processing
generally occurs within 5–10 business days after approval.
Are shipping and processing fees refundable?
Under the current policy, shipping, handling and processing fees
are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Used Engines error.
Do you charge a core deposit?

original purchase price and does not cover labor, towing,

begin on the original delivery date.

and other order-related documentation because these may be
required when requesting warranty assistance.
